When a1 trainer's train across the UK we encourage customers and staff to take an active role against all forms of harassment and discrimination. We have a support network in place to make sure no-one feels they are being harassed or discriminated against.
In the past, equal opportunities have often been described as everyone being the same. This description of equality is somewhat outdated. Today when we talk about equality we describe it in terms of everyone being different but being treated with an equal level of respect and having equal access to services and training. a1 Training welcomes people of all races, ages, genders, religous beliefs and sexual orientation. Disregarding any disabilities and embracing diversity to provide a secure environment and a service without prejudice.
