The new standard for Security Screening & Vetting (BS7858) came into force in May this year.
More and more employers are required to confirm previous work history for their new employees. The importance of effective screening within the security business sector is paramount. It is a fundamental requirement for those wishing to comply with BS7858 (2012) and other industry codes of practice, to operate a stringent pre-employment vetting system.
